Product Packages

Sides (approx. 100 Lbs hanging weight) are available for $5/Lb.  One succulent fresh ham, a rack of savory ribs, boston butt, chops and tenderloin.

quarter hogs (approx. 55 Lbs packaged) are available for $5.50/Lb. This includes a gorgeous fresh ham, ribs, short ribs, chops, tenderloin and other cuts by request.

Smoked meats are available by special request.
